Has potential, but...needs attention.

The house is as appears on pictures, and has the potential to be a great rental, but it needs attention. The pool table and the box springs are very old and show their age. There is a serious need for deep cleaning, there are sticky stains in the cabinets, dust under pretty much everything, all the desks, air filter and vent were disgusting. One of the dishes still had the previous renter's egg breakfast stuck to the pan, and the dishwasher had ultra foul smelling water in the bottom, needless to say we had to wash all the dishes by hand when we arrived and when we left. To our dismay, there was even hair in the master shower, and not the type of hairs you want to find. There was 1 wine glass in the entire house, and the grill was absolutely filthy, I spent over an hour cleaning it before it was suitable to work with. There is no light shining on the grill from above, maybe because you don't want to be out there at night, trust me. The backyard is nice, and the pool bar is a huge plus, but we definitely expected more, and if you plan on grilling at night, be prepared for the insects swarming on the grill and surrounding area, climbing the walls behind you... We stay in several homes a year, and this by far had the cheapest set-up, pretty much all walmart trash in the drawers, no hand towels in the restrooms, and is the only home we've visited in vegas with such a bad bug problem. While we didn't expect the amenities we receive on the strip, this was a horrific downgrade and we felt mislead by the previous reviews. For a large group used to less and not bothered by cleanliness issues, this is a great value, but for our family the home fell way short of our expectations.
