Some of the available opportunities in the area include skiing, snowboarding, backpacking, river rafting, horseback riding, stagecoach rides, hunting and fishing to name but a few. You are also only minutes away from a Reptile Reserve, Mesa Verde (perhaps the most prominent Indian Ruins in the world), and the world famous Durango to Silverton steam locomotive scenic train ride. The residence has scenic views from every window, from every room. The spacious deck overlooks Echo Basin and the Mancos River as do the living room, master bedroom, and the middle bedroom.   • Summer Rates are $1350 for one full week or $850 for 4 day period. Winter rates are $950/week or $650 for 4 days. You may purchase any week or time slot that is not already booked with another customer. This property is new on the market so there is presently wide availability. A $350 Deposit is required. Deposit is refundable as long as the property is left in the same condition prior to occupancy. Dogs are allowed with additional $150 deposit.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with walk in closet and full bathroom. The middle bedroom has a queen bed, 2 twin (bunk) beds and a roll away single bed (stored in the closet) and a bathroom off the hallway. The 3rd room is set up as an office with a hideabed sofa that sleeps 2 and a rollaway single (stored in the closet) with the bathroom off the hallway. The living room has a hideabed sofa that sleeps 2 with the 1/2 bath off the kitchen. There is a spacious kitchen with lots of cabinetry. A full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, full range with convection oven are all available for your convenience during your stay. A three car garage is available for your parking convenience.
