The kitchen has granite counters with an eating bar, and four bar stools, two (yes two) refrigerators, a large table with six chairs. The kitchen looks out to the huge courtyard with a bubbling fountain, set up seating for 24, (can accommodate more), and the built-in gas BBQ all set on rustic saltillo tile. The 20 by 40 foot pool is nine feet deep with a slide and attached spa in fenced in location, with an abundance of fruit trees which include tangerine, tangelo, oranges, pink and white grapefruit, and even apple... the lemon tree is located in another area of the estate. Making orange juice most mornings a real treat!

There is an inside laundry room, a separate office, as well. This citrus paradise in Rancho Mirage, across from Thunderbird Country Club, and surrounded by the Springs Country Club, is a short distance to Eisenhower Hospital, The River with its fine dining, world-class shopping on El Paseo in Palm Desert, and also the Mall for shopping; movie theatres, The McCallum for live entertainment is within a few short minutes, downtown Palm Springs is about 20 minutes away, as are the horse stables at Smoke Tree and Los Caballeros for the horse enthusiasts.
