This unit is located in the Dockside Condos, recently remodeled in 2007. It features updated furniture, granite counter tops in the bathrooms and full kitchen which features stainless steel appliances with side-by-side refrigerator, convection oven, glass stove top and built-in microwave. TV with Basic Cable is included in the living room and the master bedroom. The location of this building puts you in the heart of the South Beach area of Clearwater Beach with easy walking access to restaurants, bars, mini golf and shopping for the beach. You are a short two block walk to the white powdery sands of the Beach and a walk up the new Beach Walk promenade will take you to Pier 60 and the marina where you have a large choice of aquatic activities such as Para-sailing, the Sea Screamer, the Pirate Ship, deep sea fishing charters and boat/jet-ski rentals. You have access to a large sun deck area with chaise lounges and a heated pool. Wireless Internet is provided in the 2nd floor lounge.
