Amenities - Your condo will of course have spa quality soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in each bathroom when you arrive.
Complimentary Coffee - Our guests get to pick from a wide range of coffee beans offered by Park City Roasters, a local premium coffee roaster. We also include real creamer, sugar, sweetener, hot chocolates, and an assortment of hot teas in the unit for you to enjoy during your stay.
Grocery Service - An optional grocery service is available to our guests who would like to have some essentials in the unit when they arrive. We purchase groceries at the local stores within 24 hours of your arrival, and purchase name brand items as much as possible.
We have worked with Chris before and he is so easy and pleasant to work with. He thinks of all the little things and is straightforward, no hidden fine print. The property is at a great location especially convenient for bus stop that covers the whole city and easy access to PCMR. We always take advantage of the pool and hot tub which are so convenient. Condo is nicely done with many amenities. We love having the washer/dryer in house for those last minute needs. It is quiet and a beautiful setting and comfortable for multiple ages! This is our third time to this complex.
This is a very nice place. Recently remodeled with up to date kitchen appliances, clean carpet and very comfortable beds/bedding. The photos don't mislead at all. It is really that nice. Pool area is also very nice. Clean, large heated pool and a huge hot tub - right next door. The walk to the lift is shorter than walking across the parking lot at Alta. Also, the local grocery and other necessities are very close and not "resort" priced.

The very attractive condo was excellent for our family of 4--including two grandkids(7 and 5). It's location is ideal for access to Park City Resort lifts either by short walk or bus near the condo. Chris was very cordial, well-organized and responsive. With temperatures in the 50's we still enjoyed fine skiing. We definitely plan to rent from Chris again.
Our family enjoyed the MLK weekend at Park City. Chris was great and responded to all of our questions almost immediately. As mentioned by others, the location is close to the main resort - we walked to the lifts every day. The condo includes all the basics that you'd find in a hotel - towels, linens, TP, kleenex, soap, laundry detergent, etc. The 2 queen beds in the loft were perfect for our son (16) and daughter (13). The bus stop is literally 200 feet away, so there's no need for a car. We took the bus everywhere, even the grocery store to stock up on food and drinks. We took advantage of the discounts Chris offered with Shuttle Park City and Aloha Ski. Aloha Ski stores your skis/boards overnight free of charge and has free storage for your shoes during the day. We would definitely stay here again without any reservation.
My family and I had an excellent experience staying in the lovely condo. A quick walk to the slopes was a plus. We stayed here over New Years Eve, and the condo had everything we needed for a successful family holiday. The skiing was fantastic too! We would love to return for the holidays and enjoyed skiing and sledding! The condo is perfectly positioned. Shops, Coffeeshops, Sports stores and fresh markets are walking distance. The house felt like home! The description of the property was accurate, it was clean and the manager were welcoming, very reachable and will address any concerns you have immediately. We will be back.
This is the second time we've (4 adults) stayed at this condo for a week long skication. The condo is in an awesome location. We flew into SLC, took a shuttle to the condo and never needed a car the entire week. Walk to the lift, walk to restaurants, walk to the grocery store, walk to the hot tub. The kitchen had been upgraded between the years we're been there and the condo was great the first time, and even better now. I can honestly say that every time I goto PC I will stay at this condo. It's that perfect.
