BEACH LOCATION : The fact that there are so few homes that actually sit on Fort Lauderdale Beach, make this house really special because it is right on the beach with its own private deck, pool, spa, lounge chairs, dining table & grill!! It just doesn't get any better than this! BEDROOMS: The house has 3 bedrooms all with King Size Beds and each Bedroom has its own Marble Bathroom and Shower! The Master Bedroom is on the first level. The second level bedrooms each have mini-kitchens, dining area and a beautiful balcony deck that overlooks the ocean! We provide a beautiful baby crib - bassinette and high chair! The second level bedrooms each have a sofa bed, so each room can sleep up to 4 people.

There are only 49 Homes that actually are on Fort Lauderdale Beach, and this Beach House is right in the center of them. You could not ask for a better location! The House has French Doors that open from the Kitchen and Living Room areas onto the Pool Deck that faces the Ocean! The Heated Pool and Spa have 3 Waterfalls that create a soothing sound to relax by. The Public Lifeguard stand is directly in front of the house. The Palms and Tropical Foliage and Pool are all lit at night. There are 3 King Size Bedrooms and each have their own private marble bathroom! The 2 bedrooms on the second level have mini-kitchens, dining area and balconies with lounge chairs overlooking the ocean!

Christmas and New Years Weeks on Fort Lauderdale Beach are amazing! The Blvd. is lined with lighted snowflakes and decorations. The Beach House is completely decorated with Christmas Tree, Lights wrapped around the Coconut Palms, Burgundy Poinsettias and Amaryllis and Holiday Decor.
It doesn't get better than this, Christmas on the Beach!!!!
The Super Bowl is being hosted for the first time in Fort Lauderdale. The entire Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. will be the main location for all of the pre-week media events, parties, etc. The Beach House is within walking distance of all of the activities. Super Bowl Week Rental Rate is $10,000.00 for the Week.

Policies, Pets & Deposits!: The reservation is confirmed upon receiving a 50% deposit. Full payment for the reservation is required 1 week prior to arrival. Cash, Check or Credit Card are our accepted forms of payment. Any damage or loss will be charged to your credit card. There is no Lifeguard on the pool deck, however there is a Lifeguard on the Beach. No Smoking is allowed inside the house, but it is permitted outside on the pool deck. Check out Time is 10am and Check in Time is 3pm. If you need special arrangements,, please let us know and we will be more than happy to try to accommodate your needs. The Beach House can accommodate up to 10 guests, including children and infants. We are not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. A minimum of 90 day notice of cancellation is required for refund of deposits, in writing or e-mail.
