The apartment is conveniently located just a few blocks from the civic center and enjoys total tranquility. Due to its elevated position, it boasts panoramic lake & mountain views from each room. The view of the city at night is amazing. There is simply no other apartment in Bariloche that can match the spectacular views. There are only 8 apartments in the entire building. There is also a spacious garage to store sports equipment and your car. The property features a 40' Sony Bravia LCD Flat screen TV in the living room with DVD and wireless Sony surround sound. There is also a 32' Sony Bravia LCD Flat screen TV in the master bedroom and a 26' Sony Bravia TV in the 2nd bedroom.
