Welcome to Cloud Nine Vacation House! Superb location to take advantage of all the amenities of Kennebunkport & Kennebunk Beach/Lower Village. Walk to great beaches, park, fishing, shops, galleries, restaurants, golf and Dock Square. Completely renovated in Spring 2009, the Cloud Nine Vacation House is a modernized 1875 barn. On the first level is a great room, kitchenette, queen bedroom, and large bathroom with claw foot tub and washer/dryer. On the second level are two large tandem bedrooms--one with a queen bed and rocker and the other with two twins and a full futon sleeping bed. There's a large private level backyard, featuring a refreshing outdoor shower (hot and cold water), a family-style picnic table, a cozy Smith & Hawken bistro table with 4 chairs, and outdoor games (Bocce, baseball, croquet). Kayaks, canoe, and bicycles available too.

But we do have the following: -- Microwave oven -- Toaster -- Coffee maker -- Electric Hot plate, for tea kettle to boil water and small pans for soups, sauces, veggies, etc -- Electric skillet for burgers, eggs, bacon, omelettes, etc. -- Electric Convection oven which can hold small-medium size casserole dish, bread pan or cake pan for example -- Plus there's an outdoor charcoal grille. And literally dozens of restaurants within a 2-15 minute walk in Kennebunk Lower Village and Kennebunkport Dock Square. The area's most famous and popular breakfast spot--All Day Breakfast--is a 2 minute walk away.

Wonderful Location: Welcome to Cloud Nine Vacation House and the wonderful Maine coast. We love the Kennebunks and our vacation house is close to everything. You can walk to Kennebunk's wonderful beaches. There's golf right out the backyard (literally!). Kennebunkport's famous Dock Square and Kennebunk Lower Village is a 5 minute walk. Eat at All Day Breakfast (200 yards away) and sample all the great lunch and dinner choices within easy walking distance. The monastery with its lovely secluded riverfront walking trails is an easy walk from our home. You can walk to Whale Watching excursion boat too!

Friendly and inviting: We love Maine and are proud to call the Kennebunk's home. We'll be happy to help you out with any vacation planning, including some insider tips on local favorites. We also can help with beach passes for parking if you don't want to walk to the beach.

Golf: Cloud Nine Vacation House abuts the area's only driving range and Par 3 pitch and putt golf course. It's great fun for adults and kids too. There's other great golf courses within walking distance or an easy drive in just minutes.
