The only real big Finca-Chalet to rent in the Palma area. We are able to offer you a quiet alternative in the country with style and character of a major estate. Only 10 minutes away from the provincial capital Palma (6 km northwest). The main house and outbuildings have a total expanse of 450m², approximately 3000m² in total property expanse. There are 8 bedrooms for 16 people, 4 baths, a living room with open chimney and extensive Majorca-library, a great, perfectly equipped kitchen, a big pantry with three cooler and refrigerators, shelves and storage areas, two gardens with camp fire-place, hammocks to relax, a big pool (11m length x 6m width x 2,40m depth) with baby-pool, trampoline, children slope, garden-furniture, many comfortable sunbath-day-beds, sun umbrellas, solar-shower with hot water. The life takes place in the kitchen or in the roofed, romantic guest-garden of the inner courtyard with torches, candles, BBQ-grill etc....

The only real big Finca-Chalet to rent in the Palma area. By car you are only 5 minutes to Palma center and 8 minutes to the beaches. Our village is quiet and situated very well near Palma and the biggest supermarket. In two km you find the first shops and restaurants, bars, cafes. Es Garrovers is mainly a residential suburbia, populated only by Spanish people. This house is perfect for big families, groups, firms, sport club holidays, sailing groups, golfer groups and much more.

  • Terms of payment: 50% paid on reservation with bank, PayPal or Moneybookers. 50% later on agreement. Security deposit for the house: 1000 Euro. If everything is okay after your departure, following inspection and cleaning of the house, we pay the security deposit guaranteed back to your bank account within a maximum of two weeks. The security deposit for the house can be reduced from 1000 Euro to only 500 Euro and can be paid back on the last day in cash to you, if you purchase a special holiday damage insurance prior to your stay, it costs just 15 Euro per day for all the group! Just tell us that you want the special holiday damage insurance and we will send you an e-Mai withl all the information.
  • Security deposit: 500 Euro
    (If you make an anti-holiday-home-damage insurance)
    Costs: only 9,90 Euro per person per stay

Big privat pool only for you.: The biggest swimmimg pool of all the village is only for you. The sizes are 11 x 6 x 2,40 m and our house administrator comes in the summer every second day to care for the pool water quality and cleaning processing. We guarantee clean water all the full summer.

The biggest holiday house near Palma.: Our finca-chalet is the biggest private holiday home near Palma. We have six doublerooms with big queensized bed and two kingsized bed and some extra emergency bed. Also for children we have all kinds of bed for each age.

Quiet and comfortable - near the sea and Palma cit: We are just five minutes with the car away from Palma, but the house is situated quiet and calm in the country urbanisation where only spanish people live. In 10 minutes you reach several beaches on the sea. The house is 450m2 big and offers on 3000m2 ground a lot of comfort and luxury.

Other Activities: Majorca offers nearly everything you can imagine.
