Welcome to 2374 Shelby, a beautiful beach cottage located in Summerland, California. This four-bedroom house plus game room is perfect for a family vacation, group of friends, or quiet romantic get-away! This property is for relaxation! The cottage features a recently remodeled kitchen, washer & dryer, dining room, comfy family room, game room with pool table, and two recently remodeled bathrooms. The house can accommodate eight sleepers in the beds provided (2 queens, 1 full, and 1 twin trundle) as well as having ample room for air beds or alternative sleeping. All linens are provided. Each level has ocean views. There is a patio off of the front, as well as two decks to watch the ocean and relax. There are more pictures located at the website with the property address.
