Our St John condo is a wonderful, 1bedroom, 1bath vacation rental conveniently located just steps from Cruz Bay on a quiet residential street with great breezes and water views. Frank Bay Beach is just around the corner and the sunsets are amazing from here! Our island condo is full of Caribbean colors, with high ceilings, cool tiled floor, and ocean views are a welcoming island retreat, and is best suited for adults. It has a large porch wich overlooks the shared (with three other condos) pool and great views! We hope you enjoy our island home away from home.

Pool, Porch, Plants, Peace: The property is beautifully landscaped with year-round blossoming plants and you will absolutely love the large pool that is privately shared with the other four units on the property.

Ski: Water skiing and jet skiing is available on St John

Golf: World renowned Mahogany Run Golf Course is located on St. Thomas, just a ferry ride away

My fabulous stay at La Mer

My husband and I stayed at Villa La Mer in June 2004. I found this rental while I was researching La Mer cream on line. We were greeted in the port by the caretaker and he drove us the short distance to the villa. Once we arrived, you could not help but nitice the breathtaking view! There was a basket with fresh fruit and wine to welcome us. The villa was excellent! Bright, clean, and cozy. There were towels to use, cooler out back, and beach chairs. The local supermarket is a short drive away, and we were able to stock the gally kitchen. The bbq on the porch was a perk, as we didnt always want to go out to dinner after a day at the beach. The views are breathtaking and there was a bird feeder to fill that attracted the local birds. Some evenings, we were greeted by the local geccos who would sneak in the house and crawl around the walls. Very cute! The only negative was when we stayed at the villa, they were preparing the new harbor, so construction would begin at 7am each day. Also, the roosters start at about 5am. Needless-to-say, your day began early, but it didnt really matter as you were in one of the most beautiful spots in the world!
I highly recommend staying at La Mer. The location is convenient and you can easily walk to town. Very clean, very nice, and I would definately go back! We are actually planning on going back within the year.
