Our updated beautifully decorated condo is just steps from the white sandy powder beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. On the bay side there is a picnic area with picnic tables, barbeque grills and a dock you can fish from. Or, enjoy watching the dolphins, pelicans and manatees. The condo property has its own private access to the beach. Just walk past the pool to the white gate marked 'Sunset Cove Only'. There is a tall cafe table by the front window of this second floor unit with fabulous views. The large sparkling pool has three tropical Tiki huts to provide shade & a garden area with lush palm trees and flowers. There are lounge chairs & an outdoor shower by the pool. It has 1 bedroom with a king sized bed, a full kitchen with everything you'll need for cooking & super comfortable chairs in the living room. There are two cable tv's. Our condo was designed for couples. Celebrate the two of you. Free secure Wi-Fi.

AVAILABLE CHRISTMAS WEEK. No extra charge. Island getaway. Condo located on Boca Ciega Bay and just steps from the beach. We have our own private access to the beach. Sunset Cove, located on Sunset Beach has it all. Terrific sunsets, dolphins, fishing from our own dock, picnic tables and barbecue area. Our sparkling pool has Tikki huts and chairs to lounge & relax in. Most St. Petersburg & Tampa attractions are a short ride away. This is a beautiful, quiet area with many million dollar homes. Yet, we are just minutes from all the action and restaurants in downtown Treasure Island. This is one of the nicest condos this close to the beach you will find.

Plus all you'll need for cooking, including a crock pot, mixer & lots of pans & cookware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, iron and teapot. The linens are all supplied. There are even beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler to take to the beach. There is cable TV in the living room & bedroom. Pool with Tiki huts Outdoor shower by pool. Visit historic John's Pass and it's quaint shops. Close by are dolphin cruises, gambling cruises, pirate cruises & charter fishing. They will even cook your fish for you at the Friendly Fisherman. Did we mention para sailing, jet skiing & scuba diving & the dog races? Catch the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Stadium less than 20 minutes away. Disney World & Universal Studios are about 90 minutes away. Busch Gardens & Raymond James Stadium are nearby. Enjoy year round golf at a multitude of courses. The Pier, Florida Museum and other art museums are close by too.

This condo has all the comforts of home and then some.. Great location, great accomadations and all the extras you would have in your own home. I will definately come back!
