Our beautifully decorated condo is in Sunset Beach directly across a quiet two lane street from the Gulf of Mexico. We have our own private beach access. Sunset Beach is a beautiful 1 mile stretch of white sand beach located between the intercoastal waterway & the Gulf. On the bay side there is a picnic area with tables, barbeques & a fishing dock.

The large sparkling pool has 3 tropical Tiki huts, an outdoor shower, lounge chairs with lush palm trees & flowers around the pool.
The tall cafe table by the front window of this second floor unit has fabulous water views.
The condo has 1 bedroom with a king size bed; a full kitchen with everything you'll need for cooking & a living room. There is a flat screen cable TV in the living room & bedroom.

We are on a narrow strip of land in an area of million dollar houses that gives you access to both the Bay & the Gulf.
Fully furnished. All linens & towels. We even provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella & a cooler to take to the beach.
We have another condo in the same complex that is available same size, same price. We can send pictures.
Stroll the sandy beach looking for sea shells or shark teeth or just relax in the sun.
If you like to 'shop till you drop', you'll love all the great stores & malls within a few minute's drive.
There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, churches and night life right in the town of Treasure Island and nearby.
The living room has 2 super comfortable lounge chairs & a love seat for your comfort.
The kitchen has a mircowave, full size stove & refrigerator, coffee maker, crock pot, tea kettle, & anything else you'll need for cooking.
Steps to white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico: Take a walk. At the end of the island there is a scenic boardwalk.
Fish, look for shells and shark's teeth. You can fish right from the dock where there is running water and a table for cleaning your catch.
Or go to the beach to swim, sunbathe or play in the waves. Watch for dolphins, pelicans & manatees.
Take endless pictures of our perfect sunsets.
Also, in Treasure Island are lots of fun candy stores, souvenir shops & shell shops.
Visit historic John's Pass and its quaint shops.
Close by are dolphin cruises, gambling cruises, pirate cruises & charter fishing.
They will even clean & cook your fish for you at the Friendly Fisherman.
Did we mention para sailing, jet skiing & scuba diving & the dog races?
Catch the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Stadium less than 20 minutes away.
Disney World & Universal Studios are about 90 minutes away.
Busch Gardens & Raymond James Stadium are nearby.
