Beautiful and all recently renovated 3000 square foot 5 bedroom 3.5 bath Hollywood Hills 1920’s restored Spanish Home with city views and pool. Located in the historic Beachwood Canyon area of the Hollywood Hills which is located under the world famous Hollywood sign. The home sits on a large lot that is private and very quiet with no immediate close neighbors. The house is 3 stories with spectacular city views, large decks, and a wonderful infinity pool that has a 13 foot hot tub. The pool area also has a built in gas BBQ, sink, and refrigerator. In the hot tub area there is a romantic fireplace with a 25” plasma TV. Inside the home there are 2 fireplaces in the living room, and den areas. Moroccan floors tiles, and wood floors throughout. There is a great master bath with roman tub and steam shower, There is a fantastic new gourmet kitchen with a commercial Wolf 6 burner stove, Sub Zero glass refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, filtered water system, 2 sinks, and a wine cooler.
