Additional information about rental rates

  • There is a one-time cleaning/lobby use of $40 when you check out.
  • Note: Our unit rents for approximately $195-$230/night when booked through the on-site property management.

    Limited Time Special: $95/nite(6 days or less).. $630/week($90/nite 7 days +).. $2370/mo($79/nite) (+HI tax)
    Holiday Special: 12/15 to 1/3 go up only $10/nite per nite for each package

    There is a one-time cleaning/lobby use fee of $40 due when you check-out. Any other fees (pay-per-view, in-room internet, phone calls, etc.) you may have accrued will be due at that time as well. If you wish to have maid-service during your stay, it is $20 per day/clean and will be added at check-out.

    A Refundable $100 Security Deposit to hold booking is required, balance due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
    The Security Deposit is 100% refundable unless there was extraordinary cleaning or maintenance. A $45 Cancellation Fee will be taken out of the Deposit if this booking is canceled under a 30 day notice. The rest of the deposit is fully returned.

Notes: The Islander On the Beach went through a multi-million dollar complete renovation on January 2005, and is located on six lush oceanfront acres near the wonderful Coconut Market Place with lots of shopping, eats and entertainment. There is now a new, exciting night club, Trees, with nightly music, great New Orleans food and drink specials, right on the Islander grounds. In the tropical setting outside, you can lounge under the shaded tiki huts by the beautiful oceanside swimming pool or relax in the Jacuzzi and enjoy the full service poolside bar. Take a stroll along the beach or gorgeous oceanside walking path which stretches out for miles in either direction. There are also gas BBQ grills for an Island cookout. The Plantation style lobby and sitting lounge features on site computers, wireless internet access, magazines and newspapers.
