Payment in full is required 2 weeks prior to your reservation.
Fees And Taxes Rates are $600.00 for a weekend stay. For a one week stay $1700.00. Rate for a month is $3600.00. There is a one- time cleaning fee of $100.00.
In the event that you must cancel a reservation within 30 days of the dates held, we reserve the right to withhold your deposit until such a time as we are able to fill that reservation time with another renter. We will do all we can to fill that time with another reservation.

* Approximate monthly rate. Actual rate will depend on the days of the month you stay.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Lovely home in a beautiful setting

Our family of five had the opportunity to spend many of our winter weekends at this cozy home just on the outskirts of Manchester Center. We affectionately referred to it as "The Little Red Barn", although little would be a misnomer as the house had plenty of space. While you feel like the house is in a secluded setting due to the wide open gorgeous mountain views, it's actually perfectly situated near the center of Manchester as well as a short distance to Bromley and Stratton. The Herrington family was gracious and helpful in all aspects of coordinating our time at the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Great House with beautiful views

Just had a great stay with friends in this cozy, comfortable and beautifully built home. Especially enjoyed the morning sun on the very private deck and taking in the lovely views from the huge windows in the living room. We cooked in each evening and found the kitchen to be well stocked with the right utensils and pots etc. Only a five minute drive into town where we found many restaurants and tons of shopping. Our favorite was the Northshire Bookstore....don't pass it up. We also enjoyed touring Hildene and taking in the history and again, the spectacular views. There is so much more that we did not get to in this short visit....would love to return sometime. Meg was a delight to work with...very easy going and accommodating. Thanks Meg and family..we had a great time!... " The Girls "

Wonderful Property

My wife and two teenage children spent a holiday at this great property. While you get a sense of the home through the pictures, it immediately exceeded our expectations. Of particular note is the expansive and private view a large field and mountains through the window in the den (relaxed with coffee and watched turkey and deer). Great furnishings, very clean and a wonderful host. We frequently travel to Vermont and would most definitely return. Located just outside Manchester (5 min.) Thanks Meg!
