Our traditional farmhouse is in the hand of our family since generations - it certainly has a special atmosphere. The ground floor already exists since 400 years. The upper floor is of course newly renovated, the apartment generously and well furnished. We like to get friends with our guests, have a chat together in our comfortable typical lounge you can have a game of curling behind the house in the winter or a nice evening on our mountain pasture in the summer. Children and adults enjoy the wide surrounding on the farm - the children playground is useful summer and winter. The children who love animals love to spend time in our stable with all the cows, calves, ponies and cats. They also are invited to help if they like so. In the summer the cattle is up in the mountains on our mountain pasture which belongs to the farm - it is situated in the 'Hohe Tauern National Park'

St. Johann im Pongau is situated 60 km south of the famous city of Salzburg within a fabulous mountainside in the nice valley of the Salzbach River. St. Johann is a small town - it is a shopping and cultural centre in the area. The numerous hiking possibilities in the summer, the various wonderful trips in the surrounding areas and the very near beautiful huge skiing area of ski amade (only 3 km) in the winter makes it so attractive to spend your holiday. In the summer it is very useful to get the 'Salzburgerland Card' - the All-Inclusive-Card from Salzburger Land: free admission to over 180 sights and attractions throughout the entire SalzburgerLand and free admission to all sights in the city of Salzburg with the integrated 24-hours SalzburgCard - ideal for families.

Notes: The flat consists out of a bedroom, a kitchen with eating table, bathroom and a large living room with bedroom part. It is nice and cosy furnished, in the kitchen you find also microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, water heater. We heat our whole farmhouse with an automatically wood heating with wood of our own, we produce our own electricity with a water power station. Our water is also something special - it is the so called 'Grander Water' - it is supposed to be the most natural water.

Our family: We would like to introduce our family. We are a family of 6 people: the parents Hans + Gabi and 4 daughters Inge, Susi, Doris and Maria. The girls are between 20 years and 10 years old. We have a farm - with 80 piece o cattle - we breed them all ourselves - from the little calf up to the cow. 30 milking cows are milked by us twice a day. We love our work around the farm and also the children help when they have time. The children love horses -we have two ponies in the stable and grandpa also feeds four horses. We also own a beautiful mountain pasture in the area of ' Hohe Tauern National Park'. This is the summer vacation for our cows - so we take the cattle in the summer up there. This place is a beautiful trip for our apartment guests.

Wir sind sind dort sehr herzlich aufgenommen worden.
Die Fewo war sauber,gemütlich und mit einem schönen Blick auf die Landschaft.
Der Bauernhof liegt etwas oberhalb von St. Johann/Pongau und ist dadurch ruhig gelegen.
Von St.Johann/Pongau lassen sich viele Ausflugsziele angenehm erreichen.
