Whether you are looking for romance or a family holiday, solitude or good island fun, Done Reach Villa is perfect for you. The villa, situated on the waterfront , is ideal for handline fishing and snorkeling. From the private dock, you will be able to watch for dolphins, sea turtles or see the osprey soaring overhead as they head for their nest. There are two kayaks available for use and within minutes, just paddle your way across to Mariah Harbor Cay. You can also use the 11' Boston Whaler motor boat to travel around the neighboring cays and explore the various creeks. There are bonefishing flats nearby and also professional guides if you are new at this. Cars are available for rent and allows exploring throughout the island where historical sites and beach access is clearly marked. There are gorgeous beaches throughout the island. Scuba diving, deep sea fishing (charters available), tennis, or boating in beautiful Elizabeth Harbor is all available.

Directly in front of the property is exquisite Mariah Harbor Cay, part of the Exuma land and sea park with pristine deserted beaches. There is beach access throughout the island. Tennis, handline fishing, deep sea fishing in a charter yacht, kayaking, snorkeling scuba diving or boating on your own - all available in beautiful friendly Exuma. The Guest Cottage, 'Sweet Ting' is totally separate from the main house, but only a small distance away. It has a private entrance and private parking area. It is available weekly/ monthly. Detailed photos available upon request along with rental costs. There is a Queen size bed which is ideal for one person or a couple. Also a living room and kitchen with wrap around decks make it very comfortable. This additional space could be used for guests renting the main house who travel with Nanny, security or any personal staff.
