Condo Information: Living Room

The living room features new tile floors, beautiful leather furniture that exudes casual elegance. Look out the wall to wall expansive windows onto the Gulf or step onto the balcony of the pent house for a closer look of the beach and the waves. When the sun goes down, the bed can be turned into sleeper sofa.

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features granite counter top, stainless steel appliances, a smooth top stove, full size refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven, glass blender, coffee maker, electric can opener, electric mixer, and non-stick pots and pans. The kitchen is open to the living room, and also to a dining area that features chairs for four.

Dining Room

The dining room is just off the kitchen and features a great rectangular table with chairs for four. Ocean views make it a perfect place to linger over a meal

Master Bedroom

The master suite is a private retreat for the couple of the house. The bedroom features a cozy king-size bed, private bath and breathtaking ocean views. Skylights bathe the bedroom in natural light by day and let you sleep under the stars at night. Beautiful linens, elegant furniture, and a TV with DVD player complete this room.

Outdoor Living Areas

Saida Condo features a private balcony off the living room. The balcony features beach chairs, and is a perfect place to relax with a tropical drink and enjoy the gorgeous scenery.

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY

I want to start off saying that this place is everything Andy said it was. I took my wife and son they loved this place. It’s a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Every time we want to visit South Padre we will be renting this place. You can’t beat the price and the pools and the view from the balcony and bedroom. The kitchen was very nice. The owners did a really good job remodeling the place. I recommend this place to anyone, you will love it.

After staying at this condo it will be hard to stay anywhere else.

I did not catch that before i posted it. please disregard that. it was a great stay and he was the best person to rent from. thank you and sorry about that.

I really enjoyed the condo a lot. it was very nice me and my group really love it a lot. Being on the 12th floor was a great thing becuase sometimes i like it quiet, but if i wanted to here it loud and music i would just step outside and look down. I would be happy to return back here again. I'm glad we didnt rent to through inerta. I felt like we got a better deal. Also customer service was awesome... and so was the hot tube:).

Omg this condo was just the best. The let out couches feel better than the actual bed lol. Our condo was the only one on the 12th floor that was painted and decorated nicely. Also being on this floor gave us the best view of everthing. I love to party but when i want to sleep i want to sleep. I thought it was goin to be a huge problem becuase this was TEXAS spring break, but being on the 12 floor was another perk. me and my crew loved this place and will be looking forward to it again next year.

My group of friend and I stayed at this condo for spring break March 12-19. Let me start by saying it was awesome!!!!! This condo seriously was the best condo on the 12 floor. We made several friends with the rest of the neighbors on that floor and eventhough our condo was a one bed room they wanted to trade just becuase of how nice it was compared to the rest. Also they have great customer service. Anytime something went wrong they were right on it. saida was just one of the very best places to stay. I would more than likely rent from Andy again not. Thanks alot
