Relax in a comfortable 3 bedroom Reef Club Condo with a spectacular, direct 180 degree view of the beach and ocean from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. At the dining table, all you see is glittering water. Inside, there is bright, ocean-themed decor. Condo building sits directly on an uncrowded, wide beach with sea oats and protected nesting areas for turtles. Quiet, beautiful 5th floor location (with elevators). Watch your kids from the balcony -- on the beach, swimming or playing tennis. You might even spot dolphins frolicking in the surf.. We have!

  • Spring $700 to $1500 depending on whether off or prime time- write!
    Summer $1100 a week
    (all prices add 12% tourist tax and $75 cleaning)
    Other times available too! Write or check the calendar.
    Wish to stay less than a week? 5-6 night stays also possible last minute or off-season. (Normally not over Saturday-Sunday).
    Rates are cash (or check) discount, due in full 30 days prior to check-in.
    Each rental must be secured by a $100 (per week) reservation and security deposit received within 5 days of the reservation (prime time larger deposits).
    30 day cancellation notice required for refund (minus a $50 administration fee)

    Note: absolutely no pets and no smokers (one of our family has asthma)
  • Wireless computer access available through agent for approx. $30 a week.
