2 bedrooms, den with hideabed, 2 baths sleeps 4-5

Beautiful sunsets across the fairway, lovely and friendly Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club. Challenging golf course-tenants pay $220 for temporary membership. Other amenities are free.

FREE tennis, walking, biking, several pools, fitness center. Located in charming Palmer Ranch away from but near commercial district; beautiful residences, broad parkways and manicured landscaping. Excellent pub as well as restaurant in world class clubhouse.

Recent upgrades include: painted in light tropical colors, flatscreen TV, new king size bed in master, Crate and Barrel dishes and new flatware, new bedding in guest room.

Stoneybrook Clubhouse: This is a newly renovated world class clubhouse with lovely dining room and a spacious yet cozy pub overlooking the course. Clubhouse is located near the main pool, hot tub, tennis courts,fitness center. Beautiful and challenging golf course. Lots of functions for people each week or stay at home in my condo enjoying sea breezes and relaxation on one of the two lanais.

Birdwatchers: Fabulous bird watching at the club and in the area-bald eagles and sandhill cranes outside the condo. Nature preserves within the club grounds as well as in nearby areas. 15 minutes to sea kayaking to bird inhabited islands. 15 minutes to state parks with exquisite bird sanctuary for roseate spoonbill, bald eagles, sandhill cranes, alligator nursery and more!

Friendly: Very friendly club with people from all over the United States as well as many from England, Scotland, Ireland, Germany.

Lovely second floor 2BR/2BA condo with den. Entry lanai with wicker dining set, kit, large din/lvrm w/cathedral ceiling, twin br, bath, master w/bath, lanai overlooking fairway and sunsets. Garage. Stoneybrook Club w/tennis, golf, fitness ctr., biking,many activities and excellent restaurant. Located in beautiful commercial free Palmer Ranch but minutes from the business areas and world famous Siesta Key. 20 minutes to downtown:restaurants, galleries, boating/fishing, opera and theaters, independent cinemas and more.

Other Activities: many in clubhouse: bridge, ma jong, other games and theme dinner nights

Golf: Fabulous course, cheap membership transfer of about $220.00 for the duration of your stay.

Notes: There is a pool across the driveway as well as one at the clubhouse. The clubhouse also offers yoga, small gym, hot tub and sauna. A walking trail is on site, a walking/biking trail is quite close; goes as far south as Venice. Excellent tennis and golf as well as bocce ball. Bridge and mah jong.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

My husband and I rented the condo for a month and absolutely loved it. The pictures you see on the internet is exactly what the condo looks like. The condo had everything we needed, was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Tina was a pleasure to deal with and always responded to my emails in a timely manner. We enjoyed playing golf twice at Stoneybrook. The course is in perfect condition. The condo is close to the beaches, many other golf courses and lots of places to shop. We would recommend this place and would definitely rent it again.

GREAT CONDO

This is one very nice condo. The owners are very easy to work with, they followed up to make sure everything is as described. We played golf twice on this nice golf course and we met 3 GREAT couples and shared lunch with somone new both days. We would definitely recommend Tinas place to anyone who likes golf, birdwatching, quiet evening sunsets, walking, swimming, etc... We will be back! The condo was immaculate, and we would reccommend this place to our friends and family.

Nice Place

My family has been here twice. Very nicely appointed and comfortable condo. The complex is well maintained with pools the kids loved. Close to the beaches and, our favorite, oyster happy hours.

Tina is a joy to deal with and is trustworthy. We plan on coming back again!!

PS: The place comes with a personal garage too.
