The vacation apartment is ca. 500 m away from the center, 200 m from the bakery, 300 m from the train station (Trento-Venice) and 800 m from Caldonazzo Lake. The house in which the apartment is located is surrounded by greenery and can be reached only on a private access street. Besides, a beautiful garden with garden furniture is available. The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor and is ca. 45 m² large. You can find a kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms for 4 people and 1 bathroom with bathing tub and shower. Outside, you can find a garden and a ca. 1000 m² large free space, which is ideal for football. Some games are at your disposal.

The house is located in Caldonazzo. You can reach us as follows: Trento, slip road Trento Centro, then the traffic signs to Padova Str. 47 up to S. Cristoforo (to Pergine). Then take the street to the right to Calceranica and Caldonazzo (by the train station), then fallow the first street to the right, for about 100 m. Between a pink and a yellow house, you will find the private access road to the House Cristina.

Trip destinations: Caldonazzo is a beautiful village in Sugana Valley, surrounded by green nature. You have the possibility to hike, up to a height of 490 m. In this region, you can find cultural trips such as castles. The homonymous lake is the biggest in this region. You can bath there from May until September. There are many well kept free beaches with grass, which can be reached on foot as well. Trento-Venice can be reached by train. In the neighbouring town Levico, you can enjoy hot springs spa. In the high season, there are many different cultural events, such as free organ concerts, etc.

The description of this property is totally accurate & we recognised it as we arrived. Our upstairs apartment was clean, well proportioned and fully equiped. The weather was bad for the first few days and there were extra blankets and facilities to make a fire. 2 bikes were available. The supermarket, shops and restaurants are walkable. A car is preferable to get the best out of the area but there is a local train service.
The owner Chris was helpful and the price is very reasonable. I would reccomend it.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Anreiseunterlagen waren gut und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war geräumig, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für unsere kleine Tochter - 6 Monate - hatte Christina ein Babybett, Hochstuhl und Badewanne bereit gestellt. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, etc. war vorhanden. Der schöne, große und schattige Garten ist ideal für Kinder (Spielsachen)und zum Entspannen (Liegestühle). Unseren Kinderwagen und die Fahrräder konnten wir im Keller unterbringen. Grillplatz war vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig. Die Entfernungen zum Bäcker, Bahnhof und See sind gut mit dem Kinderwagen erreichbar. Wir sind gerne mit unserer kleinen Tochter in den nahe gelegenen, schön angelegten Park gegangen. Es gab dort sehr viele Spielgeräte. Am See haben wir angenehme Tage verbracht, viel Schatten, Liegewiese, Kiosk...
Die Zugverbindung nach Trento ist ideal für einen Ausflug, auch Fahrräder lassen sich gut transportieren. Den schönen, neu angelegten Fahrradweg im Valsugana finden wir sehr familienfreundlich.
Wir kommen gerne wieder zu Cristina und finden, dass das beschauliche Caldonazzo alles bietet, was eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern benötigt.

Super für Urlaub mit Kindern

Wir waren im Juli 2009 für eine Woche bei Cristina. Und sind begeistert. Die Wohnungen sind einfach, aber sehr funktional eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Für unsere kleine Ida (9 Monate) stellte Cristina einen Kinderhochstuhl und ein Bettchen zur Verfügung. Der Garten ist riesig und hat für die Kleinen jede Menge Platz zum Toben und Spielen. Zum See sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß; auch dort gibt es eine große Wiese und es geht flach ins klare, warme Wasser. Wir können es nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Danke Cristina für den tollen Aufenthalt und die Herzlichkeit.

schöne Familienferien

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall. Angaben entsprechen der Realität. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Garten ist toll und wegen der kompletten Umzäunung können Kinder dort auch unbeaufsichtigt spielen. Cristina ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite und zuverlässige Vermieterin, die außerdem sehr gut deutsch spricht.
Für Familien mit Kindern ideal. Zum Strand sind es nur 800 Meter und auch sonst gibt es genügend kindgerechte Freizeitangebote. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil mit einem großen Garten zum Entspannen.
Sehr nah am See gelegen.
