The IOP/Wild Dunes marina is conveniently located directly across the inlet with all of your boating, fishing, and recreational water sports needs.
The Master bedroom has a large King(K) bed, sitting area and porch access to the first floor porches. Along with a TV and ceiling fan, the master also has a large master bath area complete with a jacuzzi tub and dual shower with several wall jets. The utility room is also located on the first floor in the hall along with a half bath. The second floor contains three more bedrooms. There is a King(K) and Queen(Q) bedroom each with private baths. The fourth bedroom has two full-size beds(D)(D) and a private bath. The queen and double bedrooms also have access to the second floor porch overlooking the waterway and inlet.

You will have access to all of Wild Dunes amenities such as the two championship golf courses, multiple tennis courts, Spa & Salon, fitness center, kids camps, and the Wild Dunes swim center. You will also have access to the Pavilion areas and pools after 6pm. These amenities may have fees for use through Wild Dunes, but you will have access to everything with our included sports card.
