Creeks, Water falls: This home is perched just above the confluence of two year round rushing creeks with crystal clear water, waterfalls and swimming holes. In fact, there is a beautiful 20 foot water fall just steps from the front door.

Trails: There are miles of hiking/quad trails meandering through the mountains and forest. A favorite of ours is the trail leading to the top of Sacramento Mountain. The views are Breath taking.

Close to Lake Shasta & Town, yet extremely private: If your looking for a truly private mountain retreat on year round water yet only minutes to Shasta Lake and town/shopping, this is it!
