About the owner: I grew up on Ft. Myers Beach and lived there for 32 years. Ft. Myers Beach was a great place to grow up. Most days you could me playing on the beach or in the swimming pool of our hotel. My nickname was 'Dana the Dolphin'. I grew up in the business of vacation rentals and have been expanding my experience throughout the years. I know what people like when they travel to Florida and what they expect. They like to stay in a nicely decorated, comfortable and clean unit. They expect to have someone who is prompt, experienced and well versed when they pick up the phone to make their reservation. My experience has allowed me to build up many repeat customers, some who have coming for 15 years.

Why the owner chose Carlos Pointe Beach Club: I knew this was a great place to vacation because I grew up on Ft. Myers Beach.

The unique benefits of this condominium: Some of the unique qualities of staying in my beach haven is it is a corner unit. You have panoramic views of the water and beach. The condo is decorated with a beachy Florida style. You have quick access to both Naples,Bonita and Ft. Myers.

Other Activities: Shopping, Kayaking, Sailing, Parasailing, Wildlife Viewing, Miniature Golf

Beach Haven an escape from the hustle and bustle

Beach Haven is at the quiet end of Estero Blvd and each evening from our balcony we watched the moonlight on the water. The condo is a corner unit and provides great visibility of the water and wind surfers. The condo is complete with everything you need, even an icemaker in the fridge. The washer/dryer made being on the beach easy and it also had a frisbee and small cooler for beach play. The unit was clean and looks exactly as the pictures depict. The owner was helpful and for the renter's peace of mind there are local caretakers to help should anything require attention. We did not need their services, but always good to know they are in the wings.
