This stunning secluded townhouse is surrounded by wooded conservation greenery (see pool photo). Yet it is only steps away from the luxurious 9000 sf clubhouse that features 2 large pools, 2 hot tubs, cyber cafe, exercise facility, lakefront gazebo, game room, pool tables, fishing pier and child playground. This new townhouse unit features a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed. The second master bedroom features a queen bed. The other two bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. Every bedroom has a 32' LCD flat screen TV;2 with DVD players. The living room features a 42'' LCD flat screen TV w/ DVD player. Unit includes free local and US telephone calling and free wifi internet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Linens and bath towels are provided. Beautiful 12' x 24' private pool provides complete privacy where you are engulfed in one of Florida's magnificent pine hammocks. A perfect place to relax. This is a no smoking townhouse; violaters will be charged $250 cleaning fee.

Why our unit is different: Only minutes from Disney (you can hear the fireworks), yet you sleep in the enviroment of the Everglades. This unit is surrounded by Conservation areas. On the palm tree lined walk up to 192, in February 2011 there was a nesting pair of American Bald eagles (the symbol of the USA) on a nearby cell tower. When you visit keep, your eye on the sky and you may also see them.

Encantada Resort is a gated resort protected by Brinks Video Security that is located 1/2 mile south of Route 192 in Kissimmee and 4 short miles from Disney World. It is quiet and secluded but you can still walk under the palms to McDonalds, Houlihans, Pizza Hut, 7-11 with REDBOX, Domino's and Subway. Most other major restaurants and stores (Super Target, Applebee's, Bahama Breeze, Olive Garden, Publix, Walgreens, Walmart) are minutes away by car. Close to I-4 and within one mile of Tollway 429.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • $80-$110 PER NIGHT
  • A deposit of $150 is required at the time that the reservation is placed. The remainder of the payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. All payments must be made using a credit card or eCheck. During certain busy periods, weekend only stays may not be allowed. The minimum age requirement to rent a villa is 25 years of age. The villa must be occupied by at least one adult 25 years or older. Private Pool heat is optional and is an additional $20.00 per day plus tax and should be booked at the time the reservation is made. Anyone renting 5 days or more are not charged a cleaning fee. For stays of 4 nights or less, there is a $85 Cleaning Fee. This is a non smoking unit. Indoor smoking will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. In addition to the above rates there is a State Tourist Tax of 13%.

This was our first experience staying at a resort and we certainly picked the right spot! We had everything we needed for our stay including beach towels. The property was immaculate and the resort is lovely. Our private pool was a plus and the resort pools had plenty of room even during Spring Break. The location of the townhouse provided privacy in the back yard with only a short walk to the clubhouse and two heated resort pools. I have already recommended this townhouse to friends who are thinking of vacationing in Kissimmee.

We just got home from an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything at this townhouse was perfect for our family. I have already recommended this as a top spot for many friends planning on visiting the Orlando area in the near future. GREAT RENTAL

We rented this unit for a week in November
The complex is a few miles from disney maybe a 8 minute ride so the location is great. Also around the complex is a gated and there is a ton of restuarants and stores to stock the kitchen or grab a bite to eat out. Unit was clean and well organized.Very happy with the rental and would do again.
