This stunning secluded townhouse is surrounded by wooded conservation greenery (see pool photo). Yet it is only steps away from the luxurious 9000 sf clubhouse that features 2 large pools, 2 hot tubs, cyber cafe, sundry shop, concierge, exercise facility, lakefront gazebo, game room, pool tables, fishing pier and child playground. This new townhouse unit features a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed. The second master bedroom features a queen bed. The other two bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. The downstairs couch fold out into a standard size bed. Every bedroom has a LCD flat screen TV. The living room features a 42'' LCD flat screen TV w/ DVD player. Unit includes free local and US telephone calling and free wifi internet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Linens and bath towels are provided. Beautiful 12' x 24' private pool provides complete privacy where you are engulfed in one of Florida's magnificent pine hammocks. A perfect place to relax with sounds and scents of nature.

Encantada Resort is located 1 mile south of Route 192 in Kissimmee and 4 short miles from Disney World. It is quiet and secluded but you can still walk under the palms to McDonalds, Houlihans, Pizza Hut, 7-11, Domino's and Subway. Most other major restaurants and stores (Super Target, Publix, Walgreens, Walmart) are minutes away by car. Close to I-4 and within one mile of Tollway 429.

Why our unit is different: With most rentals from a private owner, it is you and the owner who might be 1,000 miles away. Not with our unit. If you have some kind of a problem, help is just across the plaza. During normal business hours, within the Encantada clubhouse, there is management personnel who can assist you in getting any problem the unit might have solved.

My family stayed here for 6 nights in October and it was wonderful! So close to Disney it was almost like staying on property, conveniently located to a new Supertarget that was opened in March 09 which even had a Disney section in store! Home was beautiful and quiet with plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was fully supplied wth everything needed and was well maintained. Contact with the owners was simple as was check-in and check-out, I would highly recommend this property.
