Built in 1907 this unique heritage house is one of 15 still standing in Downtown Vancouver. The home has two separate suites that can be rented out separately or together. If you have a group of 10, the entire house would easily suffice. The upstairs consists of two floors, three bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and is described below as the 'House' suite. The downstairs suite consists of a deluxe one bedroom with a pull out couch and is described as the 'Courtyard' suite below.
This area was remodeled in 1998 and is clean and tastefully decorated. The home has the original fir floors throughout and a beautiful stained glass entry way. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and tons of light from the skylights. A huge soaker tub is the highlight of the remodeled bathroom. The master bedroom has a 20 foot ceiling.
