This Executive Villa is located in the sought after development known as Indian Creek, which is just over 3 miles from Disney. It is one of the closest communities to Disney, so you'll have a genuinely short trip to the magic. Our home sits on a premium lot with open views, we back to the lagoon. Inside the Villa you will find it has been recently redecorated with designer furnishings and decorated to high standards. Each bedroom features its own LCD TV, the living room features a 52'' LCD TV cable & DVD player. The Villa has a highly equipped kitchen/breakfast room. A formal dining room and spacious great room are both furnished to a high standard. Indian Creek offers a peaceful residential style setting. There are many community facilities such as Soccer, a Volleyball/Tennis court and small putting green and children's play areas. There is also a jogging track that runs around the nearest of two lagoons. We do regret that we are unable to allow pets or smokers in our home.
