Downstairs has kitchen, bedroom with hall half bath, dining room, living room, TV room, entry hall and patio area. This home offers a parlour grand piano, luxury in an ideal location, just two blocks from the famous Hotel Del Coronado. Minutes from San Diego Zoo and downtown theaters and shops. Sea World is 15 mins away, 10 mins from San Diego airport. Coronado has a beautiful golf course, municipal tennis courts, community center & pool.
