  • Weekly Rate $1,200 - $1,800
    Security deposit $700.00 is held for 45 days after you leave to allow time for electricity bill to come in. (Provided there is no damage to the property) there is a $50.00 registration fee payable to the condo association, due on arrival or will be deducted from your security deposit. Check-in and check -out times can usually be arranged at the convenience of the tenant.
  • Monthly Rate $2,500 - $3,000

    Rentals including local telephone service, cable TV & $50.00 per month allowance for electricity, anything over the $50.00 will be deducted from security deposit.There will be a charge for cleaning when you leave $100.00 +12% Tax will be deducted from security deposit. Full payment required within 60 days of arrival or in the case that reservation is made within less than 60 days of arrival, otherwise you must pay in full at time of reservation. We must recive deposit payment the day of initial booking Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival!
