As you pass through the front gate, past the casita, and into a private courtyard with a fireplace and seating ensemble, you open the front door and you now have an unobstructed view of Greg Norman's 9th hole. Behind the 9th tee where you have a view of the fairway lake and chocolate mountains in the distance. Great desert retreat in a private gated community. Over 1/2 acre lot with 3,500 sq ft 1 story estate with separate casita. One of the more popular, open floor plans with high ceilings, open & airy great room with built-in surround sound entertainment system with 50' plasma, outdoor speakers, fireplace and wet bar.
