As you pass through the front gate, past the casita, and into a private courtyard with a fireplace and seating ensemble, you open the front door and you now have an unobstructed view of Greg Norman's 9th hole. Behind the 9th tee where you have a view of the fairway lake and chocolate mountains in the distance. Great desert retreat in a private gated community. Over 1/2 acre lot with 3,500 sq ft 1 story estate with separate casita. One of the more popular, open floor plans with high ceilings, open & airy great room with built-in surround sound entertainment system with 50' plasma, outdoor speakers, fireplace and wet bar. King size beds in all bedrooms. Master bedroom has fireplace, plasma TV and view of pool, spa, lake and mountains.
