The views at this charming property are incredible! Across the stunning expanse of turquoise water lies Athol Island and Paradise Island. The luxury garden, home to beautiful native birds, contains lush tropical foliage, mature trees and native plants and it stretches down to the bright blue sea. The house itself retains most of its original features and is full of charm and character.It is a unique gem and just 5 minutes from Paradise Island and Bay Street. One of the best preserved listed homes in the Bahamas.

  • Please contact owner for rental rates.
  • Rates include all taxes. Monthly rates are welcome and negotiable. Cheque, bank to bank transfer, credit card, paypal are accepted forms of payment.

    RENTAL DESPOSIT: 50% of the gross rental fee required to hold reservation. Full & final payment (including a $500 damage deposit) is due 30 days prior to guest’s scheduled time of arrival.

    DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $500 is required and to be paid with final payment. Damage deposit will be refunded within 15 days of departure providing there is no breakage, damage to property, or missing items.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:
    60-30 Days Notice: 50% rental fee will be retained.
    30-7 Days Notice: 100% rental fee will be retained (subject to circumstances).
    Less than 7 days Notice: 100% rental fee will be retained plus admin fee of $50 to be paid.

At “Windwhistle”, being on the waterfront, you are able to see Paradise Island across the tranquil waters. Rooms Available to Let Within the House: If we are quiet or in low season we let rooms within the house so their is the option of letting rooms rather than the house has a whole. The rooms are $195 per night. Each room sleeps 2 people and has its own bathroom.. No cooking facilites provided. Guests may use use the outdoor facilities such as pool, beach, dock and balconies.
