    - Any usage exceeding US$ 100 weekly is the responsibility of the guest.

Very comfortable couch and chairs with a big kitchen but no microwave and no plug outlet in the bathroom. The dogs down the street can be very loud. Would have been nice to have use of the master bedroom and ensuite..That said it was still nice to come in from the beach and open all the windows and chill out.

Good for two people and two kids.

Good kitchen and good BBQ.

Nice living room.

There are a lot of dogs in neighborhood.
