GORGEOUS PACIFIC BEACH TOWNHOME WITH PRIVATE HOT TUB ON ROOFTOP DECK

Thank you Ava for this wonderful placefor us to stay. We couldn't have asked for a more convenient and cozy place to enjoy our pre-christmas holiday. The beach, grocerie stores and other amneties were in walking distance from the home which allowed us to not always be in a vehicle. Sea World, the Zoo, and larger shopping malls were also in close proximity to the home. We loved the home and would definatly come back again for another visit. Thank you!

Just got back yesterday with my family from staying at this INCREDIBLE! townhouse. This was our first time doing a vacation rental over a hotel and after this stay, I will never stay in a hotel on vacation again. We couldn't have picked a better place. There is a lot of room that anyone with kids or a large family have plenty of living space (way better than a 1-room hotel).This house comes with every amenity you need to live which was great and saved us a lot of money also. It's located just a street over from Garnet Ave, which makes it perfect for both single people who are looking for that PB night scene and for families also because you can walk to all the restaurants or to the beach (also you cannot hear all the hustle and bustle from the street crowd at night from the house which is a plus). This place is in a great location for people looking to see some attractions too. It only took us about 10-15min to get to places like the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park etc.....I would highly recommend this property to friends or family and anyone looking for a vacation spot in the San Diego area.

Before November I had never been to San Diego so was unsure about location and basically guessed where a good place to spend four months would be. I couldn’t be happier that I ended up staying at this property. The location was perfect for being able to walk/run to the beach, go out to eat, go to the bars at night, or get onto I-5 for work every morning. The townhouse is on a nice quiet street so there was no point during my stay that I was woken up at night or disturbed by any outside noise. The living room and extra bedroom were awesome for when my friends and family visited. Even when I had a large group of friends in town I never felt the place was too small. The rooftop hot tub also proved to be very enjoyable, especially during the cold nights or rainy days. I had several other friends from work staying in PB during the same time period and I strongly believe I had the nicest place of all of them. Even with how nice the townhouse was the best part of my stay was dealing with Ava and Brian. Anytime I needed something or had a question they were quick to respond and did whatever they could to help me. I strongly encourage renting this property and promise you will not regret it. Unfortunately I believe I will be forced to stay in a hotel during my future trips to San Diego but if the opportunity presents itself I will definitely try to stay at this property again.
