Welcome to our beautiful waterfront home. Located in the Southwest section of Cape Coral. Enter through the doors to a peaceful paradise. Sliding glass doors open to the lanai to extend your living space. Heated pool has eastern exposure to enjoy those sunrises with your morning coffee. Huge lanai to sunbathe, grill on the BBQ, or sit and look over the canal at the wildlife. Boat rental available to explore the canals with gulf access. Bikes are available for your use to explore the neighborhood. Private dock on the canal for relaxing, fishing or docking your boat rental. House is beautifully furnished and has many amenities. Fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, utensils, coffeemaker, blender, cookware, toaster, microwave, ice maker, and granite counters. Fully stocked Linens. Washer and dryer. Flat screen TV in living room, master bedroom and extra bedroom. 2 DVD players and VCR. Internet service included. Smoking outside. No Pets. Beautifully Landscaped.

General : Max. Occupancy is 6 persons. The price includes pool service, gardener, air conditioning, bed linen, towels and English speaking introduction on arrival. Also included is electricity up to $25 USD per week. Usage over this limit will be deducted from the deposit ($500 USD). Additionally 11% tax for the state of Florida is due with final rental payment. One time cleaning fee $150 USD and payable directly to the property management at arrival.

Terms and Conditions: Terms and conditions: The total rental balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival. If the day of arrival is closer than 30 days from the day of booking, the amount is due in full immediately. Cancellations and refunds: Cancellation fees of 10% of the whole amount will be charged up to 60 days before arrival, 59 - 30 days before arrival 30 % of the whole amount, 29 - 22days 60% and 21 days or less before arrival 80% of the total amount. We recommend a trip cancellation insurance.
