Welcome to our beautiful water front home, located in a quite lovely section of SW Cape Coral. Sliding glass doors from 3 rooms open to a lg. lanai to extend your living space. Htd pool has eastern exposure to enjoy sunrises with your morning coffee. Sunbathe, grill on the BBQ, or sit and view the scenic salt water canal and watch fish jumping and other wildlife. Boat rental available to explore the canals with gulf access. Bikes are available to use and explore the quiet neighborhood and beyond. Private dock on the canal for relaxing, fishing or docking your boat rental. Home is beautifully furnished. Fully stocked kitchen includes, microwave, ice maker, granite counters, fully stocked linens, washer/dryer, 46' flat screen TV in living room, master bedroom ( Sleep number king bd) & TV's and 2nd bdrm queen. DVD players and Wi-Fi Included. No Pets. Close to Captva, & Sanibel Islands & Ft.Meyers Beach. Many wonderful restaurants and golf courses in the area.

General : Max. Occupancy is 6 persons. The price includes pool service, gardener, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, also includes electricity. Refundable security deposit ($300 USD). Additionally 11% tax for the state of Florida is due with final rental payment. One time cleaning fee $125 USD .

Terms and Conditions: Terms and conditions: The total rental balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival. If the day of arrival is closer than 30 days from the day of booking, the amount is due in full immediately. Cancellations and refunds: Cancellation fees of 10% of the whole amount will be charged up to 60 days before arrival, 59 - 30 days before arrival 30 % of the whole amount, 29 - 22days 60% and 21 days or less before arrival 80% of the total amount. We recommend a trip cancellation insurance.

Wonderful place

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house felt like a real home the moment we stepped in. The fish jumping out of the water in the canal were spectacular and our 10 year old son really enjoyed the fishing. The pool was nice and clean, the bbq great, the inside of the house very friendly and completely equipped. Our daughters of 14 and 16 made a photoalbum 'living the good life in Florida' on facebook and that sentence really summarized our stay in villa Isabella. Jim and Ruth were very friendly and provided us with plenty of information. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we hope to come back again one day!

Very nice older house that has been updated in a quiet neighborhood with a large. comfortable lanai area. The appliances are very good. We stayed for 3 months so having reliable appliances was important to us. The towels are very good too. They are soft and absorbent and have a lot of them. There are a lot of nice thick beach towels. The house is very well stocked with shampoos, cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils. The owner responded very quickly to any issues that came up and were taken care of immediately. We enjoyed our time and look forward to coming back to the area.

Peace and tranquility

We stayed at Villa Isabella for one week to recharge our batteries. We hoped for a peaceful retreat and we were not disappointed. The villa exceeded all our expectations. It was very well equiped, spotlessly clean and the pool and lanae area were a delight. Jim and Ruth were very helpful and thoughtful owners.
The area of Cape Coral is lovely - flat enough for easy cycle riding with plenty of grocery stores and the more unusual shops of Pine Island.
The wildlife is also plentiful and the sunset from Tarpon Lodge was beautiful (don't forget insect repellent).
I would happily recommend the villa and the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Villa Isabella

Our two week vacation in cape coral at villa isabella can only be described as wonderful. The owner James was very helpful from the beginning with the payment and reservation proces. His wife Ruth was very nice to e-mail us some tips as to what we could do in the area. The house has everything that you may need and the property is just as it is described. Our girls enjoyed swimming in the pool while we enjoyed the warm evenings on the lanai. The house is located in a very nice,peaceful and safe neighborhood. Villa Isabella is a real home away from home. We hope to someday return to this little peice of paradise. Thank you James and Ruth for sharing villa isabella with us.

An absolute delight

'We had a lovely 2 weeks at Villa Isabella. Your home is delightful and we took great care of it for you. Thank you for sharing it with us. We hope to return next year so will email you to book. Thank you for all the lovely touches which show that you care about your guests. Everything was wonderful from the minute we walked through the door. It took a while to get used to the fish jumping but what a lovely site to see!!! I just wish we were still there. We replaced the washng liquid in the laundry so there is a new one for your next guests'.

If you want to stay at Cape Coral, please read our words above and then book with the lovely owners, Jim and Ruth. I have never met them but they are clearly, kind, sweet people who really care about their guests. As we said, we wish we were still there. Everything you could possibly need and more is in the house.
