Come to the beach and enjoy this meticulously maintained home in the south-end of Avalon. Beautiful beaches, in a quiet part of town. This beautiful south-end home is located in the beach block with all of the amenities of home. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, central A/C, washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, high speed internet, DVD player, VCR, inground heated pool, pool and deck furniture and outside shower. Home is 'upside down' with kitchen, living room, master bedroom with bath, and half bath on second floor and additional bedrooms, baths, and family room on first floor. Two very spacious decks to enjoy. This home is very well maintained, newly painted with new furnishings. This is a non-smoking home!
