Ingram Building, is located at 720 5th Avenue South in the heart of Old Naples. Our building consists of six exclusive and private residences on the third floor with balconies overlooking Camier Park, Von Liebig Art Center, and Sugdon Theater. Pristine white sand beaches, and some of the best dining and shopping in Florida are at your doorstep. Our unique guest residences all have exotic Brazilian cherry floors, solid mahogany doors and cabinets with granite countertops. Each residence is furnished with antiques and Persian rugs, and have fully equipped kitchens. All residences have full laundry rooms with washer and dryer. Our private, heated pool located on the second floor, is available for our quests. Ingram Building also provides wireless internet and free local and long distance telephone service. Elevators are located front and back.

Welcome to the Ingram Building located in the heart of beautiful Naples on 5th Avenue South. We are situated a stone's throw from pristine beaches of 5th Avenue, tennis, golf, fishing and other recreational activites.. Cambier Park and the Von Liebig Art Center, situated directly behind the building, have events which include evening and Sunday concerts in the park, arts and craft fairs, art shows and art lessons as well as other activities. . Our units facing 5th Ave. have balconies overlooking the Avenue. You will find some of the best dining and shopping in Florida along with entertainment provided by Sugden Community Theater, Evenings on 5th, award winning art shows, just to mention a few. We have a secluded heated pool on the 2nd floor for the use of our guests. This private pool has barbecue facilities and overlooks Cambier Park.

We have just returned from a wonderful month long stay at this beautifully appointed, spacious and well-equipped apartment, right in the heart of Naples. The first class location provided a superb base for us, close to all the amenities that Naples has to offer, so close to the beautiful beach, excellent restaurants, shops and entertainment on offer - being able to watch all the fun on 5th in the evenings from our own balcony was great or breakfasting out there, watching the day serenely start "Naples style" is special. The roof top pool was a real bonus, if only to cool off in the afternoons/evenings - plus being part of a such a small, exclusive development meant we didn't even have to share the pool during the time we were there! The owners were most welcoming and were always available should we need anything, which we didn't as so much thought has been put into making this a really comfortable "home from home". We have been to Naples many times over the years and we found this condo the best yet - we can't wait to come again!

fantastic location beautiful condo

The condo location was perfect, the property was spotlessly clean, it had a beautiful rooftop pool and the kitchen was more than well equiped the rental fee for the area was good It was within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants and beaches in Naples.

The owners of the building were always available although we didnt find the need to complian about anything at all.

I would definately recommend this property to my friends and relatives
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
