5 Bedrooms, 5.5 Baths (Sleeps 8-9)

One of a kind, Modern Mansion. Enjoy living like a king in Nicaragua, this house is unlike any other rental house in the area.

We have made every effort to create a house that has multiple outside and inside spaces, creates great flow for small or large groups and has everything you could ever need.

A huge open air living room and dining area is outfitted with custom furniture, this space gives a 180 view of the Pacific Ocean the coastline and rolling hills.

A large indoor dining and living room is attached to the large well appointed kitchen, a BBQ deck sits right outside the kitchen and above the swimming pool.

5 Large Master bedrooms, with big bathrooms and big views provide a peaceful place to sleep and relax.

A huge recreation room offers ping pong, yoga, and comfortable seating for watching the big screen.

A back generator provides power for all Bedroom AC units, lights, and appliances. Make sure any house you rent has one.

Come and enjoy

Full backup auto switched generator for the house. Provides lights, appliances and AC for all bedrooms. Check to make sure the other houses you look at have generators! Make sure the generator is large enough to run the bedroom AC units(and it starts automatically like ours), the power goes out a lot. If you have had a hot sweaty night in a rental house, you know how uncomfortable it is.

Views, Views Views. - From the decks, from the pool, from the bedrooms. Sunsets are unreal.

Great Ridge breezes keep the house cool and nice.

Covered parking keeps the car cool and your boards out of the sun. Plus, it is great for those rainy days.

Before we build this house, we rented all the houses in Rancho Santana, we were always left wanting more, so we build our own.

Highly recommend this magical place

This was our first time to Nicaragua and from the time we landed in Managua, to our time in Granada, and ending in Rancho Santana, this trip was magical. We were a family of 6. 2 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The views are spectaular in the morning and evening. We opted to have a cook for the time while we were there and it was incredible. The beds were comfortable and ping pong was a huge hit. The pool is inviting all day long. The beaches are all close. There is still construction at the club house, but so far it is wonderful. This is a great place for surfing, boogy boarding and just swimming. My kids learned to surf, rode horses, hiked, and swam in the ocean every day. It is one of the most memorable vacations we have had. You will not only love this house, but the scenery and people of Nicaragua.

Love this House

A beautiful house with tons of space to hang. We had 8 people and we were all so comfortable, we had big dinners at the table and used the grill for fresh fish almost everynight. The surf was great, the weather perfect. The sun shade in the pool is so nice, we would sit on the bench in the pool under the shade and watch all the dragon flies. We all got a lot better at ping pong too.

Awesome Place !

This was my second visit to Rancho Santana and this time I had a much better time due to staying at this house. The first house I stayed in was run down and not in great shape. This house is new and super comfortable. The living spaces are great. Highly recommend. I am bringing the whole family back this summer.

We just returned from Nicaragua and our family had a great time staying in this house. It was AWESOME!!! From the moment we got there to the second we left we were NEVER disappointed.

The house was immaculate and was comfortably appointed. It was literally our home away from home. The view was beautiful with gorgeous sunsets.
The central room had plenty of seating (we had 16 at times) with what seemed like a constant breeze running through it. The kitchen and dining room were perfect for our large group. We had 7 staying in this house but a total of 16 eating meals and hanging out every day. There was a barbeque grill which we utilized every evening, plenty of storage, a pantry, a freezer and a fully operational laundry room!!! Doing laundry is very important to me when you have wet beach towels constantly. Each bedroom had their own baths and big closets. The beds were soooo comfortable and the bedrooms had air conditioning and overhead fans. Our kids (teenagers and young adults) loved the rec room with the ping pong table.

The pool was nice with an outdoor shower next to it. There was also an outdoor shower at the front of the house for our surfers and other beach goers. There are towels available for both the pool and beach. This house is very close to the beach.

I could not think of a better place to stay!!! Our trip to Nicaragua was one of the most relaxing enjoyable vacations our family has ever taken. If we get the chance to go to again, I would ALWAYS want to stay at this house.

ENJOY every moment that you spend there and choose this house to stay in.
