Residential House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths (Sleeps 6), Large Great Room w/ HDTV

New carpet and fresh interior two tone paint! Comfortable and clean furniture, 3 Queen beds, bedding, HDTVs, linens, kitchen equipment and utensils. We have a 46” HDTV in the living room and a 32” HDTV in the master suite both with HD cable. An up-convertible DVD player, and an IPOD docking station with CD and radio are available for use. The house is equipped with wireless internet along with a computer station and all in one printer, a large dining table that seats 6 comfortably.

Vacation home near playground, walking paths, and conveniently located near golfing, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, movie theaters, professional baseball spring training facilities, PIR (NASCAR), & more. Located just blocks from the new American Sports Center opening in Avondale in November 2010. Enjoy our spacious kitchen with all the cooking instruments to feel at home.

Bedrooms: All three bedrooms have NEW queen size beds with high quality mattresses (the master is a pillow-top), new soft sheets & bedding. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for those who want to use them. Ceiling fans are in all three bedrooms as well as the family room. We have provided cordless phones with free local phone calls and each bedroom has a radio alarm clocks.

Kitchen: Enjoy our spacious full kitchen with all the cooking instruments to entertain and feel at home. It includes a microwave hood, dishwasher, a full size refrigerator with filtered water ice maker. All NEW small appliances including a toaster, crock-pot, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware and much, much more. We also have a kitchen bar for serving and a dining table that seats 6.

Extras: Our home includes all NEW furniture, a 46” HDTV with an up-convertible DVD player in the living room and a 32” HDTV in the master suite, both with HD cable. An IPOD docking station with CD player and radio, secure high speed wireless internet access, with a new Compaq desk top computer and all in one printer available for use. Additional items provided are large and small soft sided coolers, picnic basket, iron & full size ironing board, patio table & chairs, large back yard lawn area, BBQ, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, and basic soaps. There is parking available in our 2 car garage w/remote opener as well as room for 2 cars in the driveway.

We just installed a whole house water filter and water conditioner. Also for our renters enjoyment we have provided 2 new bicycles with helmets.

About Dale Blue

My wife and I found each other a short time ago, back in 2004. We were married just over a year later and are enjoying each other’s company very much. We visited Phoenix in 2008 and some of our relatives while we were there. Both of us have been here before, several years ago. While we were there we just decided we could actually relax here. We could put work on the back burner and let it go. So we decided that we needed to have a place to get away and relax and still feel at home. We are hoping to be able to share that feeling with you our guest.

We found Avondale to be a great location and close to many events and facilities. Shopping, restaurants, baseball training camps and PIR are all a short distance. It is a new and upcoming area. Clean, comfortable, friendly and safe.

Come visit our home in Avondale, a small city just West of Phoenix. Located in a nice clean quiet neighborhood. An excellent location with easy access just off I-10 and Hwy. 101 loop. Cardinals Stadium, Camelback Ranch, & Glendale Arena are only a 10 minute drive, it’s only 15 minutes to downtown Phoenix, and Phoenix International Airport is just 25 minutes away. Located a mere 5 miles North of Phoenix International Raceway for Nascar, we are in close proximity to many of the Cactus League Baseball spring training complexes, the Glendale Arena for hockey and University of Phoenix stadium for college and NFL football plus a variety events and entertainment. Also the Wild Animals Park is just a few minutes away along with restaurants, movie theaters and shopping.

Golf: There are several golfing destinations close by including Coldwater Creek, Palm Valley, and The Wigwam golf clubs.

Additional information about rental rates

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. For Spring, Summer and Fall we require a $200 reservation deposit. During Spring and Spring training we require a $250 reservation deposit. For a monthly stay we require a $350 reservation deposit. If booking less than 45 days before your stay full payment is required to book.
Fees And Taxes There is a cleaning fee for each stay of $140 of 45 days or less. A longer stay will require multiple cleanings at a rate of $140 each. The tax rate is 2.5%.
We also require a $500 security deposit due one week before your arrival. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.

* Approximate monthly rate. Actual rate will depend on the days of the month you stay.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Almost like home

We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet, clean and well kept home. All the furnishings were new as well as the beds. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. It was close to everything we needed it to be. Lots of restaurants nearby along with lots of places to go shopping. They provided a computer and printer which was very nice. The large back yard with all the green grass made it feel much cooler outside than it really was. The CD and DVD collection was not very big but we didn't stay in that much to use them. The large HDTV was nice for relaxing before heading to bed. We would highly recommend this place to anyone including our family and friends and plan on staying here again every time we are in Phoenix.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: We are glad to know that our guests can relax and feel at home. We are continually adding to our DVD and CD collections and trying to keep them very family / kid friendly. We would encourage you to bring something from home if you want to. We are trying to collect coupons and menus from nearby restaurants so you will be able to browse them before deciding where you would like to go.

Very Nice House

We came to town for the Nascar Races and an A's preseason game. The house is a great location for the races. The weather was great. It is a very nice house. Thank you Dale and Melissa we enjoyed our stay.

More Relaxing than a Hotel

We came down to get away from the Alberta winter. We went to the Dirt Nitro Challenge RC Racing, did some golfing and bird watching. We enjoyed a drive down to Tucson and Patagonia, North to Sedona and out to Hassayampa Preserve. We also enjoyed a spring training baseball game and shopping at the new Tanager Outlet Mall. Thank you Dale and Melissa! It was so much relaxing than staying at a hotel.
