Spend your vacation in one of western Washington's most relaxing cabins.

This wonderful property is located at one end of a long, no-wake part of the lake - just around the corner from the boat launch. This is a a premier spot for year round fishing, water sports, biking, and just enjoying the wonderful western Washington scenery.

Info on Lake St. Clair:

(270 acres): A few rainbows mixed with largemouth bass, perch, bluegills and crappies are available year-round, with kokanee in the summer. There is a state access with two boat launches and two toilets. St. Clair is about 5 miles southeast of Lacey.

The lake has an excellent concrete boat launch and parking area, with very good handicap access. The lake is about 75% developed and the rest brush/trees.

The cabin has 200 feet of private waterfront, an attached deck, and another waterfront deck, and a large dock (which is nice for swimming off or just hanging out). The cabin is fairly modern and up-to-date on the inside.

Of course there is a kitchen, washer/dryer, cable TV, wireless internet, surround sound DVD player, 2 bedrooms and 1-1/2 bathrooms. We have parking for your boat trailer or RV. The dock is 12' X 18' and sits in 12 feet of water - very convenient for swimming or tying up your boat.

We're close to shopping, and only 2 miles from the Red Wind casino.

The Cabin is Available for $750 per week.

From SeaTac airport, the cabin is located roughly 40 minutes south between Lacey & Yelm, Washington.

About The Owner

Buck & I are business professionals, not professional landlords. We live about an hour north of the cabin, but enjoy it regularly ourselves.

The Owner purchased this cabin in 2002
Why The Owner chose Olympia

We chose this lake because it's close enough to our home for convenience, and far enough to be a weekend getaway. Buck's grandfather had a cabin on this lake, very near here when he was a little boy. It brings wonderful memories as we build new ones with our children and grandchildren.

What makes this cabin unique

You're promised a relaxing, simple, quiet stay in our place. It's fully stocked with towels, water inflatable's, life jackets, paddle boat and a canoe. We'll make sure there's propane in the BBQ grill and if you need something special, please don't hesitate to ask.

A cute cabin on Lake St. Clair that provided quiet views with lots of birds. Many amenities in the kitchen.
Since we were there in late Sept, not a lot of boaters or other vacationers. Two negatives, stairs to bedrooms are awkward and have no hand rail and master bedroom bed is very high off of the ground especially for someone just over 5".
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Thank-you for choosing our cabin for your recent stay. We appreciate your comments about the lack of a stair railing and will look into adding that in the near future.
We agree that the bed is a bit high being a pillow top with added Memory Foam pad for added comfort of our guests. I will store a step stool under the bed to help.

Wonderful Fall Week

My fiancé and I stayed in the cabin for a week and had a wonderful time. The cabin is perfect and cozy and the lake is absolutely beautiful! We made dinners, watched movies by the fireplace and spent time enjoying the lake! I would recommend the cabin to anyone and hope to return. Many of places to hike nearby and easily within driving distance of Olympia or Seattle!

A great experience!

My husband and I rented this cabin for Thanksgiving week 2011. We have no regrets. It is situated about 8 miles or so from town. EXTREMELY well furnished with top end stuff such as a Pendelton blanket, mattress pad warmer in the Master bedroom, leather sofa and loveseat, etc. The owners left a huge jar of candy and that was sweet. The house has everything from tons of shampoo samples in case you forgot your own stuff to soap, coffee, etc. Nothing here has been done on the cheap. Hardwood floors. My only tip, and this is not a downside, is that you really need to arrive in daylight hours or finding it would be a nighmare. We have a high end GPS unit and it still didn't take us there correctly. The lake is small, but beautiful. The fog lifts off it in the morning while you sit by the fire with your coffee and you just realize that you have a great life! Location is quiet and peaceful. We had tons of rain, but still had a wonderful time. Lisa returned our deposit in full within about a week after we left with no deductions. We will return here again. Oh, and although we didn't use it, the house has a dock with a paddleboat and tons of lifevests and stuff for water fun. We were really impressed.

This cabin was so much more than we could have
expected. It wasn't just that it sits lakeside
surrounded by peaceful and private landscaping. It
wasn't just that there was coffee and creamer,
spices, and a jar full of treats for my family to
enjoy. It wasn't just the abundant linens, games, or
movies, or the peddle boat and canoes that were
ready for us on the dock. It was Buck and Lisa.
They elevated this trip to a spectacular through
their personal touches and connection. They are
generous and kind and we would recommend this
cabin to anyone. We will return here again and
again.

We Love it here! There is nothing you could have done to make us feel more at home! Your abundant ammenities were more than appreciated, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The grill cooked us some great steaks and the paddleboat kept us in shape while enjoying touring this beautiful lake. The fish don't follow normal rules and we caught them at all hours to include Bass, Rainbow Trout, Crappies & Sunfish...all off of your dock!
Thank you is not enough to cover the fantastic week you provided for us. We will be back. Jerry & Cathy
