  • Available Monthly $3,450-$4,375 in-season; $1,475--$1,875 Weekly in-season (late December through end of April). Multiple months reduced by 5-10%.
    Available monthly $2,950-$3,975 off-season; $1,135 to $1,825 weekly off-season (Spring/Summer/Fall).
    Rates vary depending upon length of stay and time of year.
    All Weekly and Monthly Rates reduced in April, 2009.
    Please call Marlene for Special Quotes. Preference will be given to long-term rentals.
    A cleaning fee of $150 applies to all rentals, as does a 12% tax for rentals less than six months.
