This inviting stilt house is new to the rental market. It was used exclusively by the owner and his guests. It is located on the quiet mid-island side of the island and is just 5 houses away from the pristine beach. The house is very clean and airy and has everything necessary to make your stay memorable. The kitchen has new 42 inch cabinets, granite countertops, tray ceiling and hardwood maple floors. Both bedrooms are carpeted and the home is nicely furnished. The bonus room has a pullout coach and can serve as a reading room or as a sleeping room for guests. There is a fully screened lanai with a teak table and chairs that provides a great place for breakfast or for entertaining. This home is very comfortable and makes for a great snowbird winter retreat. Its proximity to the beach and to the beach access makes it very desirable.

Fort Myers beach is also known as Estero Island and is located near the islands of Sanibel and Captiva. It is 7 miles long with pristine beaches and stunning sunsets. There is a full array of world class restaurants located up and down the beach as well as several quaint eateries to satisfy the most discerning of palates. There is deep sea fishing as well as private charters and sight seeing expeditions. There are public tennis courts, a cafe cinema, a new public supermarket, a large public pool with waterslide and a children’s play pool. There is also the Time Square area with its local shops and eating and drinking establishments. Fort Myers beach has something to offer for everyone who cares to visit whether their goal is to frolic on the beach or to take part in eco-tourism activities.
