You are living in the south of the island, in a quit, rural area with a little sailing marina directly at the complex. Activities nearby: golf, horseback riding, swimming, sport hotel with swimming pool, surfing, hiking, cycling, fishing and much more. The natural swimming beaches at the peninsula Zudar can be reached in an 8-10 minute drive, Binz, sellin, Sassnitz (according to season) in 20 – 30 minutes, culture/theatre is available in the close Putbus. Daily from 11 p.m. midnight offers. Last minute prices and more. Saving dates 2007: 14=10, 21=14 season 03.11.-22.12. = 14=12 and 21=17. See price list 2007. Golf: You can reach the golf course „Schloss Karnitz“ in about 10 minutes with a car. Our tip: live in a thatched roof vacation home and golf (almost right in front of your door!).
