Waves ~ A Luxury Spa Experience At The Beach:
As you enter the gates to this hidden home you are taken off the hustle and bustle of your daily life and brought into peace and tranquility. This newly remodeled home is located across the street from the ocean in a upscale neighborhood in Solana Beach.
Upon entering the home you will find custom natural stone floors welcoming you into the great room. To the right you will find three large windows which allows you to gaze at the bamboo gardens. The kitchen is to the left and is equipped with a Wolf Stove, Sub Zero refrigerator, wine cooler, Bosch dishwasher, Miele built-in coffee maker and a built-in microwave. The counters are granite and the back splashes are of marble. The great room offers a 46 inch 1080 plasma and a two sided gas fireplace. You able to control the lighting, satellite, iPod, DVD Blu-Ray from the touch screen remote. There is a dining table which seats 6 people. Down the hall is a bathroom & a 3rd bedroom which offers a queen size sofa bed & LCD TV.
Master Bedroom Descriptions:
There are two master bedrooms. One is one the main level and offers a queen size bed and a 42 inch plasma TV. The bathroom offers heated marble floors and a double window where you are able to view the black bamboo and when opened you can fall asleep to the sounds of the waves. The next room offers a shower that one only dreams of. Controlled by computer you can access 8 overhead shower panels which makes you feel like you are under a Hawaiian waterfall. The shower is built for two people and is made with the finest marbles. By the touch of a button you can access your iPod songs to add to your spa experience.
Up the stairs is the other master bedroom. There is a king size bed, a LCD TV and a balcony where you can sit and read a book or just enjoy hearing the waves crash. This bathroom offers a different type of experience. With limestone and marble you can relax in your jetted spa tub and enjoy the feeling of zen.
Outdoor Description:
This home not only offers an experience indoors but outdoors as well. Outside in the garden you will be able to sit under majestic black pines in a Japanese ofuro tub and if you like you can choose to have a hot shower against a 3,000 pound rock slab. In the back yard you can sit down and have dinner at the large teak table or read your favorite book and enjoy the sun in the lounge chaises. The large deck gives you separate outdoor living areas or you can meander down to the lawn and sit under the large trees.
