The property offers spectacular views and excellent hiking and hunting opportunities. A lake located ½ mile off of the property is owned by the Denver Water Board and is open to fishing for trout, perch and crappies. Many trails for any off road vehicles, or horseback riding; Large range of wildlife to share with. We are ideal for small weddings or family reunions. We are located 25 minutes from Southwest Denver and Conifer.
