room, living room and two bedrooms. Home has over 3300 square feet of air conditioned space. Location is near the best shops and restaurants Vero Beach has to offer. Property has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Master has a king

bed and one guest room has twins. Both offer outstanding ocean views. The third bedroom has a queen bed with futon that sleeps two. The sofa in den also has a pull out bed. Two car attached garage allows easy entry into home. Kitchen has new counter tops,

appliances and cabinets. Living room is 28'x21', family room 16'x21' with high quality furniture and never ending views of the Atlantic Ocean
