Enjoy your get away at this private log cabin on the backside of Boyne Mountain. This 3 bedroom/3.5 bath ski-in/ski-out luxurious log cabin is the perfect retreat for year round Family get-a-ways, Vacation with friends, Golf outings, Couples getaways and Girls weekends. No amenity is missing... all the luxuries of home.

This property allows you to enjoy the serenity of the great outdoors while still having the convenience of a 5 star resort and all its amenities (world class golf, skiing, indoor water park, restaurants and spa) on site. Easy drive for many day trips, including Mackinac Island, that will please everyone in your group.

Private access to Deer lake- including tennis courts, putting green, paddle boats and jet ski rentals. Enjoy swimming in the warm shallow water or playing in the sand on the beach. 36 holes of championship golf at the Monument and Alpine Courses on the property with many of the top courses in Michigan within an hour drive.

The Solace Spa & Fitness Club, casual and fine dining, nightclubs/bars, organized family activities, Michigan's largest indoor water park Avalanche Bay, Year round daycare for 4 and under, day camps for 5-13 year olds and children's ski school are just a few of the amenities you will have access to.

Lower level has two bedrooms each with their own full bath. 1st bedroom contains two queen beds. 2nd bedroom has one queen bed.

Master bedroom is in a private second floor loft with balcony overlooking the family room/fireplace/dining area. Private hot tub on rear balcony, with Weber Charcoal grill, is the perfect finish to a long day. Wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen & laundry.

Check in 5 pm, check out 11 am.

Minimum rental age is 25.

50% of rental due at time of reservation via cash, check, money order, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If reserving dates less than 30 days out, payment is due in full at time of reservation.

$300 refundable, after inspection, security deposit. This is due with balance 30 days prior to reservation.

$100 cleaning fee. Reasonable offers considered, willing to rent monthly.

Will send rental contract upon reservation acceptance.

We love this area for the skiing, golfing, beach and great small cities. It is a short 3+ hour drive from Metro Detroit. 30 minutes to Lake Michigan. One hour from Mackinac City.

Exactly as Promised!!

We loved out time at Boyne in this great cabin. It was perfect for our two young families. (4 adults and 5 little kids!). The cabin description and photos are totally accurate. The place was very clean and extremely well supplied. We only needed to bring ourselves, our ski gear and our food.
A great layout to accomodate two families - we could tuck the kids in for the night, close the bedroom doors and enjoy some adult time without having to whisper and tip toe about.
Having laundry was great to dry out ski clothes and towels.
After a day of skiing the fireplace and hot tub were amazing! Even firewood was provided.
The owners were great to work with - provided clear check in and check out instructions, and an emergency contact.
Will definitely return!

Great cabin with nice view

We stayed at this cabin for a weekend in January. Great location, easy access to the slopes. Cabin has nice bedrooms and bath. Great privacy. We did have trouble with the TV, it did not work while we were there, but we just never turned it on. The hot tub was a nice addition for us. The kitchen needs new pots and pans and small appliances. Did mention it to the owner. Otherwise great place to stay.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the feedback. We have just replaced the pots and pans and purchased a new TV. We were unaware of the poor condition of the pots and pans and are sorry for your inconvenience.

Family vacation!!

What a great home away from home!! The kids enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night and occasionally my husband and I got to also. It was great to have 3 1/2 bathrooms. It was also nice for the kids to have their own space in the downstairs bedrooms where they stay up as late as they wanted! Nicole was great to work with and everything was as promised. We took a day trip to Mackinac Island which was only a little over an hour away. We also enjoy doing different things at the resort. Would definitely recommend this vacation spot.

Cozy cabin, great location!

My group had a wonderful time at this mountain cabin. It was such a cute place and had everything we needed including a hot tub on the deck. While it is normally ski in ski out, we were unfortunately at Boyne early in the season and the Alpine Lift was not yet open, but it was just a 5 minute drive to the main lodge to ski for the day.

We only had one issue, that the DVD player and the TV are not actually compatible so we could not watch our Warren Miller ski movies! This was just a minor problem that I'm sure the owners will fix in the future. They also have the setup for wireless internet (although it is not yet installed). Overall a great condo and hopefully our group will be staying here again next ski season!

Owner's Response: Thank you for the great review. Sorry that you were not able to watch your movies. We will have to replace the RF modulator, sounds like someone took it with them when they checked out. The wireless internet is now up and running. Hope you stay with us again soon. Great experience all around!

We rented this cabin for a weekend ski getaway and it worked great. Accommodations were very clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive with any questions I had during the rental process. Having a grill and hot tub on the patio is a great feature. I highly recommend this property!
