I purchased this townhome in 2006 as a second home for myself. I liked the fact that it was a single-level town/patio home and had such a nice and large back yard. I managed a complete remodel where we replaced windows, raised ceilings, and opened up the floor plan. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops, appliances and fixtures. All new paint, tile, and carpet finished off the project.
Vision:
As of the summer of 2009 I have decided to share this unique property with others who appreciate Scottsdale and like to visit regularly.
