Our spacious two bedroom garage loft unit has a deck with a gas grill and patio furniture. The living room and eat-in kitchen are open to each other and have a cathedral ceiling. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twins. The feeling is light and airy. We are located five miles from Bar Harbor and two miles from the entrance to Acadia National Park. We're a short walk to the post office and Salisbury Cove.

Nearest Airport: Bar Harbor Airport at 6 Miles
Nearest Ferry: The Cat to Nova Scotia at 2 Miles
Nearest Motorway: Route 3 and Route 102 at 4 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 6.0 Miles
Car: not necessary
Leave your car and take the island wide bus. Go on a whale watching trip. Take the ferry to Nova Scotia. Go on a nature cruise and see puffins and seals. Go golfing at one of the three golf courses on MDI or go miniature golfing at Pirates Cove. Go for a swim in one of the fresh water lakes or ponds or try the cold ocean water at Sand Beach. Rent bikes or canoes or kayaks. Enjoy fine dining or casual in one of the many wonderful restaurants on the island.

Wonderful Place To Stay!!!!!!!

This place was a really great place. It was very clean and put together, the kitchen was full of all the supplies you need, the gas grill works very well. Mike the owner is very friendly and will give you great ideas. Also the property is a beautiful place and very well kept. Not far at all from Bar Harbor. It really is the ideal place to stay!!!!!! I will stay again in the future!!!! Thanks again Kelley's Cottage!!!!!!
Owner's Response: We really enjoy the rental business and make every effort to help our guests vacation be as enjoyable as possible. We built our one bedroom cottage twenty one years ago and this unit in 2000. We have met some wonderful people during that time who have come back again and again and become our friends. One of those families now lives next door. This is a beautiful island that we are happy to share.
