Stunning marble fire placed living room surrounded by tall windows which wrap around it on north, east and south. View of century old rock maple beyond the fireplace. View of downtown Boston skyline. Restored original hard wood floors throughout - warm, rich color. Spacious new kitchen with small deck. Victorian bathroom, with claw foot tub, pedestal sink, antique medicine cabinet, wainscoted walls. Laundry. Verdant, peaceful yard, with meandering perennial beds, brick and stone pathways, and fish pond (yes, with real fish and blooming water plants and water fall which one can hear trickling at night from one bedroom). Private patio surrounded by perennials. Two different subway lines five minute walk away. Short ride to Financial District, Longwood Medical.
