Photos and Description of the St Germain vacation cottage rental
Cottage, 3 Bedrooms + Sleeping Porch, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 6)

This stand alone cottage is not a part of a condo and sits less than 50 feet away from the 100 feet of waterfront. The private yard has a picnic table and fire pit. The cottage has a 3 season porch & wrap around deck with additional outdoor eating areas. The fishing is excellent off the pier or in the provided fishing boat. The kayak & paddle boat are also provided & may be used from the shore in this quiet bay. Boat lift & jet ski lift available for an additional charge.

The remodeled interior has new carpet & vinyl throughout. Newer beds have all linens provided. Guests provide there own bath towels. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware & utensils, spices, dish cloths & towels. Ceiling fans are in all 3 bedrooms & living area.

The guests receive a discount on gas & groceries at the St Germain Shell Organic Food Market during their stay at the Lost Lake Escape. About The Owner

Our family has owned this property for several years. Our father has passed away and our mother is not going to be able to use it as often as she would like to, so we have decided to turn our cottage into a vacation rental. Would also consider selling.

The Owner purchased this cottage in 1960
Why The Owner chose St Germain

Saint Germain is the most beautiful, quiet place with many lakes which all have public boat landings. The St Germain 18 Hole Public Golf Club is one of the finest in the Northwoods. There are many fine resturants, bike trails and a park with tennis courts. It is in the center of it all, between Minocqua, Eagle River, Star Lake, Boulder Junction, Sayner and Rhinelander where you can visit the many antique and specialty shops.

What makes this cottage unique

We are located in a quiet bay with abundant wildlife. There are loons, ducks, otters, eagles, deer, herons, an occasional bear and of course many species of fish and birds. It is a perfect place to kayak, canoe, fish, water & jet ski and just go boating. There is a boat lift & jet ski lift available for an additional charge.
